Terms and Conditions for the Exclusive Free Visa Facilitation Offer

1. Overview

EduPal is proud to offer a limited, scholarship-like visa facilitation service conducted by licensed RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants) for eligible students. This offer is designed to make the study abroad process more accessible for exceptional candidates, providing comprehensive visa assistance at no cost to those who qualify.

2. Independent RCIC Services

The visa facilitation process will be managed by RCICs, who are associate companies collaborating with EduPal. However, these RCICs operate as independent professionals or entities. Each qualified applicant must agree to the standard service agreement provided by the respective RCIC. Signing this service agreement is mandatory to proceed with the visa facilitation process. Terms of representation and the RCICs' duties will be outlined in their respective service agreements.

3. Criteria for Eligibility

To be considered for the free visa facilitation offer, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Admission: Must secure admission through EduPal’s network, ensuring a smooth application process and access to premier Canadian institutions.

  • Program: Enrollment must be in a Master’s Degree or higher program, demonstrating a commitment to advanced education and leadership potential.

  • Language: Must provide proof of a valid language proficiency score equivalent to Academic IELTS 6.5 or higher, showcasing readiness for an English-speaking academic environment.

  • Finances: Must demonstrate financial support sufficient to cover tuition and living expenses, indicating preparedness for the financial obligations of studying in Canada.

  • History: Must not have any prior visa rejections from Canadian immigration authorities, ensuring a stronger likelihood of a successful application.

  • Admissibility: Must not be inadmissible to Canada and must meet all study or work permit requirements as outlined by Canadian immigration authorities.

  • Purpose: The sole purpose of the applicant must be to study in Canada, with no other underlying intentions.

4. Program Change Conditions

If the applicant decides to change their program after arriving in Canada, this change must be facilitated through EduPal, and EduPal must be named as the educational agent in the new institution. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the student being required to pay EduPal the admission and visa service fees.

5. Rights of EduPal EduPal reserves the right to:

  • Review Applications: Assess all qualified applications to determine eligibility for the free visa process. Only those deemed to have a higher chance of visa approval will be granted the service.

  • Control the Number of Grants: Monitor and control the number of visa facilitation grants available. EduPal may pause, stop, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Amend Terms: Modify or update these terms and conditions as needed to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the offer.

  • Disqualification: EduPal and the RCICs reserve the right to disqualify any applicant who does not meet the outlined criteria or fails to comply with the terms.

8. Costs and Associated Fees

Any bank transfer fees for these payments are also the responsibility of the applicant. Additionally, accompanying spouses and children of the study permit applicants can be included in the same immigration service agreement for a flat fee of $500 per family member, in addition to their respective government fees.

9. Disclaimer
